How it started
I started photography back in 2012 with my first camera capable of manual shooting : a Fujifilm x10. I've learnt composition rules, how to manage apperture, shutter speed and ISO. But most importly, how to capture moments of the familly vacation, to keep memories and tell stories.

When I mov,ed in Finland in 2016, I decided to bring with me my first DSLR , to bring back lots of souvenirs when I come back home. With my new Nikon D750, I chose a 24 and a 50mm, and later on a 14 and 85mm, to cover most of situations for landscape photography.

I chose prime lenses because of their quality and faster apperture, but also for the challenge to move around your subject to find the right angle and composition.

In Finland, I had the change to see many sunrises and sunsets, full of warm colours which contrast with the cold winter in this country.
Switzerland
After I graduated, I moved in Switzerland. Landscapes change from coastline to snowy mountains which I instantly fall in love with.

To really enjoy the swiss mountains I spent my weekends bivouacking, with nice moments around a fire to cook and warm up during cold nights.

Also, during my stay in Switzerland, I acquired a 300mm lens and started birds photography. Using a longer lens requires new skills, such as patience and a good reactivity to find the bird in the viewfinder, adjust the shutter speed and finally don't forget about the composition :-). I practiced a lot close to the Leman lake where birds are used to people and tourists in summer.

Britanny
I came back to Britanny, far from mountains but close to the ocean with its birds, storm and lovely sunset over the sea.
